Job Summary

Responsible for inspecting highly complex mechanical and electrical parts and providing technical responses and investigations.

Essential Functions

Responsible for the generation of inspection reports.Will read parts lists, manufacturing drawings, inspection instructions, wiring diagrams or schematics and engineering change notices.Position involves basic measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, pin gages, etc).Must adhere to quality policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by ManagementResponsible for the inspection of simple electrical and mechanical parts and assembliesResponsible for performing simple MRP transactions as related to QA

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

High School Diploma required and(A technical Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred). preferredEquivalent experience preferred andUp to one year of related Quality Assurance experience.
requiredMust be able to obtain a validIPC-STD-001 or PC-A-610 certification upon hiring.

General working knowledge of using a computer PC (knowledge of Microsoft Office applications highly desirable).
