Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C#, .NET Framework, MVC, Javascript, Angular, SSIS and DevOps Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS Extensive experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), web servers, and UI/UX design Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data migration Solid proficiency in SQL programming, including complex query development, stored procedures, and performance optimization Solid understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and data integration Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review Proven solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proven solid commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work Proven excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Proven ability to learn new software technologies and stay updated with the latest industry trends Demonstrated ability to lead a team of junior developers, including mentoring and code reviewsAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
