Required Skills (Technical Competency) / Attributes:Relevant experience in: Quality Management System, Part Qualification, Non-Conformance Management, and/or Continuous Improvement (Development).Read Engineering prints and comprehend associated Quality Requirements (Inc GD&T callouts)Gaging experience (manual, visual, computer based, Inspection Planning, Set-up, SPC, Gage R&R)Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook – intermediate/adv user (macros, pivot tables, VB coding - noteworthy)Entering, probing, and extracting technical data within a MRP / ERP system (SAP preferred)Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized - with ability to focus on semi-repetitive tasksDesired Skills / Attributes:Familiarity with gas turbine engine workings, design, manufacturing, MROOperating in procedure based and regulatory controlled environmentsPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:Office and/or Shop Floor EnvironmentsLift / Transport 25 lb (occasional)Common activities include sitting, walking, and standingTypically includes substantial amounts of computer work – but can also include hands-on activities (e.g. lifting, inspecting, transporting, etc)Heavily Regulated Industry with strict adherence to procedures and standard workFlexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late, arriving early, OTAbility to use personal transportation (work, customer, other)Full time role w/ company benefits.Typical 8-hour workdays M-F w/ unpaid lunch / accommodating shift schedule - but sensitive to customer needs.Due to customer’s work classification and security, candidate’s citizenship status must be: “U.S. Citizen”The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
