This role will support EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Post Market Vigilance activities related to Field Corrective Actions (FCA). **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Actively communicate and collaborate stakeholders + Understand the details of the FCA + Review and file submitted evidence for FCA execution + Accurately log information received through the forms in the trackers and ensure they are up to date + Monitor the progress and perform timely follow-up of on-going FCA activities + Responsible in meeting the KPI for the assigned FCAs + Prepare and support audits, assists in the preparation of reports + Attend to country requests for data needed (e.g. for tenders, registration application or renewal) + Uphold patient safety and regulatory compliance, comply and implement company quality objectives + Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager + Observe all health and safety policies and procedures and take all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of others. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Bachelor's Degree Required in Medical/ biological science/ Engineering or related discipline. + With 1-2 years of relevant experience in Post Market Surveillance / QA / RA Role. + At least 1-2 years of quality experience in medical device industry or similar environment + At least 1 year experience in managing/handling FCA or PMV activities + Good understanding of GDP and its implementation is required.
