Associate R&D Lab Manager

As the Associate R&D Lab Manager, you will be responsible for the people and performance of the Neurovascular lab technical leads and technicians.

What you will do:

Prioritize activities and ensure proper resources are identified and allocated to meet Integrated Business Plan (IBP) goals for Neurovascular projects.

Drives sales by increasing the adoption rate of new products.

Ensures technical success upon initial use of our new products resulting in higher rates of adoption of those new products. 

Evaluate adoption strategies on an account-by-account basis and incorporate successful strategies into the program. Drive financial accountability across direct teams.

Participate in cost center budget creation, projections, and tracking activities. Contribute and execute customer-facing activities like Voice of Customer and customer-centric design in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Proactively drive positive outcomes for technical, business, and personnel challenges.

Lead projects and initiatives within the business unit, including planning, budgeting, meeting project goals, and staffing.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline

Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering or related technical discipline in a highly regulated industry including medical device or pharmaceuticals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the design or manufacturing of stents and catheters

2 years of direct leadership or indirect leadership experience

Experience developing lab work instructions for process development

$100,500.00 - $215,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
