Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责： Develop and maintain Regulatory Business Continuity Plan. Develop and maintain local regulatory SOP and process document as per business needs. Support in the global process collaboration and implementation related tasks. Support artwork related tasks, including SOP development and training, internal check and KPI monitoring to ensure the compliance of artwork process. Provide support in internal and external compliance activities to ensure Regulatory compliance, including inspection, audit, management monitoring, deviation, RCA, CAPA etc. Lead the process and compliance training to RA team, including newcomer training, training curriculum development, training compliance tracking. Supports other tasks assigned by line manager, such as collaboration with cross functions, contributing comments to Taskforce and other ad-hoc tasks. Qualifications/Requirements: 申请资格 / 职位要求： Bachelor or above degree in a Life Science related discipline. At least 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, MNC preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese. Good ownership and leadership in handling projects. Capability to foresee potential risks and issues solving in complicated situation. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects. Can work independently, ability to multitask, self-motivated, well organized and adaptable, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and work well with others.
