ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR OF TRANSFER AND ARTICULATION
Summary You will serve as a ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR OF TRANSFER AND ARTICULATION in the DEPUTY CHIEF OF NAVAL OPERATIONS of US NAVAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Salary: GS-11: $ 84,601-$109,975 GS-12: $101,401-$131,826 Responsibilities You will have the ability to apply independent judgment in situations where there is little time for deliberation and/or consultation. You will closely collaborate with internal technology and data constituents. You will refine and develop policy; maintain currency with innovative trends in ACE-recommended credits for military training and experience. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Expanding knowledge and experience with academic programs and policies, as well as technology solutions that affect transfer credit outcomes, certifications, credentialing, and accreditation as they relate to transfer credits (knowledge of salesforce, especially its Education Data Architecture as it applies to program plans, program requirements, course connections and terms is preferred); 2) Broadening knowledge of program management, including long-range planning, and a comprehensive awareness of personnel management; 3) Enabling apply independent judgment in situations where there is little time for deliberation and/or consultation; 4) Developing and organize written material used in student records, manuals, program guidelines and procedures; 5) Outstanding skills in written and oral communication to speak publicly about the USNCC program prepare required briefings and information for senior military and civilian audiences, to include civilian academics, General and Flag Officers and members of the Senior Executive Service. For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Working independently, but within the framework of established practices and prescribed procedures; 2) Performing more complicated assignments under close supervision of the supervisor; 3) Receiving instructions on what to do, the methods to use, what to look for, and what to bring to the attention of the supervisor; 4) Providing detailed and specific instructions for developmental tasks and tasks involving the use of unfamiliar formats, methods, and procedures; 5) Referring problems not covered by the supervisor's instructions or guides to the supervisor for help or a decision.
