Associate Relations Leader
MAU is hiring an Associate Relations Leader in Charleston, SC. As an Associate Relations Leader, you will Engage with and support MAU associates assigned to the customer site, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators. Oversee HR functions, focusing on payroll, performance counseling, and attendance tracking for all onsite MAU associates. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Audit time records and handle payroll processing accurately. Apply sound judgment in risk evaluation and seek guidance when necessary. Identify and assess issues using logical problem-solving and continuously seek process improvements. Audit and authorize all necessary documentation. Support new initiatives with a focus on achieving positive outcomes. Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats. Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, fairness, discretion, and reliability. Listen actively and apply new information as appropriate. Maintain daily interactions and strong rapport with client section leaders and managers. Exhibit skills in listening, questioning, motivating, influencing, and making decisions. Plan and manage customer service activities. Clearly explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to MAU associates. Communicate policies effectively, ensuring associates understand their application and significance. Facilitate daily team meetings to align goals and expectations. Supervisory Responsibility

This position can supervise the following positions: MAU Associates Work Environment or Working Conditions

Working conditions are defined by customer facilities, spanning both administrative and manufacturing environments. This role routinely involves the use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Customer sites may also feature process manufacturing equipment and heavy industrial vehicles, with environments ranging from non-temperature-controlled areas to GMP-compliant clean rooms.
