Growing together.** Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making and may make recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results as needed for internal operational purposes as well as for customers. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains reporting tools and database queriesDevelops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting to management + Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting + Understanding Business needs and accordingly Designs/Manages Databases + Translate large quantities of data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats for various audiences + Combines various data sources and formats, into a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviors and feedback for service improvement opportunities + Meet with clients and users to gather and analyze business requirements + Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information + Troubleshoot data integrity issues, analyze data for completeness to meet business needs, and propose documented solution recommendations + Creates on-line tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of staff in their role of servicing our customer + Performs all other related duties as assigned + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
