Title: Associate Retail Marketing Manager

Location: Corporate

Reports to: Director, Customer Marketing & Analytics

FLSA Status: Exempt

 

Job Summary:

The Associate Retail Marketing Manager will support the planning, development, implementation and achievement of Retail channel objectives and initiatives. 

 

 

Essential Position Functions: 

• Work closely with Brand Marketing, Retail Sales, Creative teams, and agency partners to support traffic- and velocity-driving programs at Retail accounts.

• Coordinate development and activation of Retail in-store and digital promotional assets, including ideation, creative briefs, timelines, and inventories, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and/or agency partners. 

• Coordinate and manage regional and national trade shows, including assets, timelines, inventories, and materials, with internal and external partners. Tracks and maintains Retail and trade show assets digitally and/or physically for future usage.

• Work with agency partner to support national sponsorship programs with Retail-specific sales materials and on-site hospitality activities.

• Lead creation and management of branded coupons, including budgeting, tracking, and reporting.

• Manage trade marketing budget. 

• Share industry learnings and Retail marketing best practices. 

 

 

 

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing is required. CPG marketing or merchandising experience is preferred. 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Outstanding attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. 

• Ability to proactively and independently identify opportunities for improvement and drive results. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

 

 

 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: 

• Office environment.

• Travel up to 15% of the time.

• Business demands may require evening and/or weekend scheduling on occasion.

 

 

 

Exempt only:  This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
