We're seeking someone to join our Enterprise Technology Risk team as an Associate Risk Officer in Technology Risk Governance and Controls to support risk oversight of the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) division that manages Morgan Stanley's global IT infrastructure.

What you'll bring to the role:
> Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Continuity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
> Expertise in leading risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
> Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and industry standards in risk management.
> Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of risk initiatives.
> Excellent communication skills, with experience in reporting to senior management.
> Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
> Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
> Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Salary range for the position: $65,000 to $106,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
