**Join a Leading U.S. Financial Institution as an Associate Risk Specialist!** Adecco is excited to partner with a top financial client in their search for an **Associate Risk Specialist** in **Richmond, VA** ! **Pay Rate:** $38.38/hr. **Shift:** Mon – Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM, Hybrid If you’re ready for an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a respected organization, click “Apply Now” and make sure to upload your resume for instant consideration! **Key Responsibilities:** + Review electronic communications to ensure compliance, flagging any instances of illegal or unethical trading practices. + Conduct reviews on employee communications, monitoring for internal policy or procedure alerts. + Ensure employees are not sending sensitive or proprietary information to personal email accounts. + Work alongside the licensing and registration team to manage the onboarding and offboarding of monitored employees. + Flag any incidents of non-compliance or inappropriate conduct for team manager review. + Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to refine surveillance lexicons. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or military experience + 1+ years of process improvement experience + 1+ years of experience with G-Suite or MS Office + Familiarity with SEC and FINRA rules and regulations is preferred + Proficient with compliance products + Excellent research skills with a strong ability to assess regulatory risks + A general understanding of equities products and trade flows **Note:** This position is onsite in **Richmond, VA** .
