This role involves distribution of Markets and Platform Services products to our Continental client base, managed across various products and regional franchises. As a business manager, you'll support regional and country Sales heads, promoting business strategies, conducting financial planning and analysis, and managing risk & control. Regular interactions with business heads and their Sales teams will require a thorough understanding of the business & regulatory landscape, along with strategic, financial, and project coordination skills.
As an Associate Sales Business Manager within the Continental Europe Sales & Marketing team, you will be a key player in promoting business strategies, conducting financial planning and analysis, and managing risk & control. You will have the opportunity to work closely with regional and country Sales heads, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the business and regulatory landscape. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating business reviews and presentations, promoting new business initiatives, and managing risk assessment for new business activities and strategic technology enhancements. This role requires a proactive team member with strong prioritization skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a disciplined approach to managing processes and controls.

Drive and support the implementation of global and local regulatory agenda and reforms Partner with business and Compliance to engage with regulators such as the ECB, AMF and BAFIN on regulatory matters, and the JPMSE Board to ensure our continental and JPMSE strategy is well understood Manage business risks and support the control environment - Identify, assess and mitigate business risks that could impair the ability to do business across countries Manage JPMSE Governance and location governance forums for Market Sales.Review governance and supervisory framework devised by partners in controls, making recommendations for change/optimization where necessary Engage in resiliency planning, audit and regulatory reviews in partnership with the controlsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
