Summary:WebMD, the leading health information company, is looking for an Associate Sales Operations Analyst to join our Medscape Education organization. This role is directly responsible for impacting revenue, anticipating risk, and facilitating solutions while partnering with our sales team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate superb work ethic and reliability and possess excellent grammar, interpersonal, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project trackingCommunicate daily with sales team to update project statusServe as cross-functional liaison to obtain critical program details and distribute information to the organizationPerform data managementCommunicate daily with the Contract Management team to kick off contract requestsPerform budget and metrics reconciliations of completed projects and upload information to client portalsEnsure compliance with internal policiesQualifications:BA/ BS or equivalent experience required1-2 years’ professional experience in a sales or customer support role  Demonstrate superb work ethic and reliabilityPossess excellent grammar, interpersonal, and prioritization skillsProficiency when using Google Suite required Preferred:Experience with Salesforce and Workfront preferred
