Associates Sales Representativeのポジションでは、お客様のニーズを深く理解し、的確な提案を行い、確実に目標を達成することを目指します。あなたのポテンシャルを最大限に引き出す機会を提供します。
このポジションは、営業部門の Senior Sales Managerに直接報告し、東京本社に所属します。直行直帰のリモートワークを行います。
主な業務内容:
・目標達成：自身の年間売り上げに対して十分な案件ボリュームを維持し、顧客管理システムを活用して各案件を適切に管理することで四半期ごとの自身の目標を達成する。
・戦略実行 ：担当地域の市場と競争ダイナミクスを十分に理解した上で担当地域の代理店を有効活用し、会社の成長目標を達成するための戦略を立て、他部署とも協業の上、実行する。
・顧客重視：他の営業メンバーやその他の部門メンバーと協力して、顧客との関係維持に尽力し、顧客満足を向上させる。
学歴および/または職務経験要件:
• 普通自動車運転免許（社用車にて長距離移動が可能であり、日本国内の出張が可能であること）
• 4年制大学卒以上
その他要件:
• 日本語は流暢レベル（N1）以上
• 英語はビジネスレベル（TOEIC 500 点）以上（メールや技術資料の読み書きに使用する）
• 出張が可能であること
