Job description

Infosys is seeking an Associate SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

This position will be a key player in engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.At least 2 years of experience in Information TechnologyLocation for this position is Fort Worth, TX. This position requires relocating to project/Client's location. Preferred Qualifications Implementation experience with SAP HCM – Time Management / Time evaluation.Good understanding regarding integrated, Time Evaluation and Payroll processing within SAP – HCM.Good Understanding of Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS).Implementation and Lead / coordination experience with handling inbound / outbound, Interfaces involving SAP -HCM, SAP-Time Management/CATS and Legacy Time recording / scheduling systems.Experienced in leading a team leveraging the onsite / offshore work model.Strong Integration experience with Legacy Time Management to bring complex work schedule & shift scheduling data into SAP.Exposure to integrations and interfaces for multiple Unions (involving complex labor rules) Exposure to Positive Time Management involving Clock-in / Clock-out.Exposure to SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors-EC and third-party time management systems.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
