Our research in Cambridge focuses on novel targets and pathways for tumors in oncology that are resistant to current therapies, as well as innovative discovery and translational medicine platforms to address unmet medical need in cardiovascular disease, immunoscience, immunology, neuroscience and fibrosis. We will continue to foster patient outreach and local external collaborations with biopharma, biotech, and academic partners in our pursuit to help patients prevail over serious diseases. **Responsibilities:** + Applies scientific and / or technical skills and functional knowledge to execute experiments within own group / project team. + Analyse and interprets experimental data. + Works predominantly within established procedures, sometimes in loosely defined problem-solving situations. + Begins to participate in troubleshooting of routine problems and initiatives related to continuous improvement or development of new approaches / technologies. + Organizes and presents data / information for internal and external audiences. + Support high dimensional flow cytometry efforts for diverse BMS programs using clinical trials and real-world samples. + Support biomarker data through functional assays that include T cells, myeloid cells, and soluble data (MSD, ELISA) + Cell Isolation from Leukopaks, frozen PBMC, Dissociated Tumor Cells. + Maintain updated and accurate records in the electronic notebook and online database for all experiment and sample records. + Keep an inventory of reagents, lab supplies, and ordered as needed. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree + 2+ years of academic and / or industry experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Requires developed knowledge of the principles and concepts of a conventional and spectral flow cytometry (hands-on experience required), cell culture (primary and cell lines), cell isolation, ELISA, cell functional assays including T cell proliferation, activation and suppression assays. + Independent user of Robosep-S instrument, cell isolation from fresh or frozen PBMC and dissociated tumor cells. + Independent user of BD Conventional and Spectral Cytometry instruments and software, flow panel design, troubleshooting, 18+ colors required. + Independent Flow Data analysis using FlowJo required. + Analysis Software: GraphPad, TIBCO Spotfire + Mammalian cell culture, primary cell isolation, ELISA + Experience with MSD data generation and analysis preferred. + No travel required for this job.
