However, all applications will be considered. **We are searching for the best talent for Associate Scientist, Multiple Myeloma to be in Spring House, PA.** **You will be responsible for** **:** + Designing, conducting and interpreting biological experiments to support development of programs. + Providing biological scientific support to technology and product development. + Reviewing scientific and technical summaries and providing recommendations for potential business applications. + Performing cell-based assays including the following desired techniques: FACS (cell sorting), Incucyte, cytotoxicity assays, immune cell isolation from whole blood or tissues, immune cell differentiation, western blot, CRISPR editing, lentiviral transductions, and qRT-PCR. + Occasionally may be involved in biomarker identification and development. + Utilizing state-of-the-art knowledge to perform tasks. + Performing data analysis and interpretation; giving scientific input based on current literature. + Operating laboratory equipment. + Utilizing computer software packages including Incucyte, Prism, and Microsoft PowerPoint. + Preparing standards, reagents and controls according to established procedures. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + M.S./M.A. in life sciences with 2+ years of experience or a B.S./B.A. in life sciences with 4+ years of experience is required + Knowledge of oncology or immunology and drug discovery experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment is a plus. + Cell culture experience is a must.
