Role Definition
Facilitate the operations of an Agile framework with a team while embracing the principles of the framework and the Agile mindset. Help teams reach their highest performance level in the execution of workstreams.
Responsibilities
Planning, scheduling, and facilitating Agile events. Fostering an environment of self-organization, high visibility, ownership, and continuous improvement with the team
Coaching the Agile team into an understanding of the values, artifacts, and objectives of the operating framework with a lean mindset
Working with the product owner/service request manager and stakeholders to ensure value is always being generated by the team's work.
Becoming a champion of removing blockers and impediments to the teams progress, while facilitating the reduction of decision latency with clear and constant communication and attention. Helping the team to capture and aggregate data useful to the team's development, as well as providing management information that will inform strategic decisions.
