Your Position

You will support the team with the provision of timely and accurate trustee services for a portfolio of trusts. 
 

Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist with the management of the day-to-day operations of each client / trust and ensure operational excellence is maintained Assist with the management of onboarding and integration of new clients, including from a KYC perspective Assist with document custody, including management of document execution and maintenance of Document Execution Registers  Assist from a corporate secretarial perspective as required  Assist with banking and payment matters as required  Effective client communication, including responding to all client queries and requests in a timely manner Assist with client interactions and resolving queries with a focus on relationship building Assist with the liaison with and monitoring of service providers who are preparing the trust’s accounts, tax returns, business activity statements, annual investor income reports and other mandatory reports Assist management to ensure compliance is managed appropriately in accordance with AML / CTF requirements Assist with the management of ad hoc transactions, including the preparation of fund flows and transaction step plans Assist with FATCA and CRS reporting obligations for clients/trusts Adhere to operating procedures  Participate in ongoing automation and improvement of systems and processes Involvement in projects and other ad hoc duties as required

Your Profile

Degree holder with major in business, legal, accounting or business-related discipline Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Legal, Accounting, Audit, Funds or Governance role Good understanding of the role of a Trustee Client management skills and relationship management experience Works well under pressure, delivers results and meets customer expectations  Works collaboratively and enjoys working in a team Self-starter with good planning and organisational skills Highly principled and able to resolve issues Good verbal and written communication skills
