The Associate Services team spearheads the strategic planning, design, and execution of key initiatives that celebrate and support our associates, such as service award programs, Retail Operations Conference, associate celebrations, Mr. George Community Service Award, and other prestigious company awards. They also play a crucial role in organizing company meetings and the Annual Stockholders meeting.
As a visionary leader, you'll oversee the department, ensuring that each project is meticulously planned, executed, and finalized. Your ability to define objectives, manage risks, and maintain quality control will be essential in transforming innovative ideas into actionable concepts, driving company-wide projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
defining project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria for the annual retail operations conference, companywide service award programs, company meetings, associate celebrations, the annual stockholders meeting, special awards and projectsmanaging the budget to support associate services programs and special projectsleading and facilitating cross-functional teams through the development and implementation of projects with internal departments (i.e., strategy support, RBUs, corporate travel, Publix technology, etc.) to support initiativesacting as a point-of-contact and subject matter expert for vendors, leadership and internal departments on special projects related to Associate Servicesleading a team of Associate Services Specialists and Associate Services Data Analyst’s that implement Associate Services initiatives
