As an Associate Servicing Communication Specialist, you'll provide excellent client care by perceptively answering any inquiries from clients via phone, chat, email or other mediums.

About the Role

Effectively communicate with all parties using written and verbal communication methodsGive every client the best client service in the industryAnswer general loan servicing inquiriesExpertly handle fee collection and recovery when applicable within the servicing lifecycleProvide technology navigation supportUnderstand how the different teams in servicing impact the client experience and can change communication tactics based on the information receivedFind solutions using available resourcesIdentify patterns and trends that impact the client experience and communicate findingsConsistently meet minimum quality and production metricsBe available to work 10am – 7pm

About You

1 year of client service representative experienceFoundational knowledge of mortgage servicing industryKnowledge of all applicable internal platforms
