As an intern, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations within our team, assisting end users with their issues and requests submitted in ServiceNow related to SharePoint Online. This includes performing content migration to SharePoint Online and providing consultation according to Manulife SharePoint Governance. Additionally, you will be expected to create or update how-to documentation related to SharePoint Online and other M365 platforms as needed. Throughout the internship, you will develop skills in SharePoint, and potentially in Power Automate and PowerApps based on your pace of learning, while enhancing your troubleshooting and analytics abilities. This role also offers the opportunity to improve your communication and collaboration skills by working with end users globally.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide application administration and technical support for SharePoint Online (not limited to only SharePoint Online).
Provide great customer service experience by assisting end users in troubleshooting, offering resolution or workaround in a timely manner, and escalating where appropriate.
Resolve technical issues and complete service requests within the SLAs, and record transactions via ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow).
Develop and maintain the validity and accuracy of documentation for common technical issues and user guides.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Management, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
Timely responses to email, support requests, and tasks.
Knowledge of using SharePoint, Excel (formula/Macro/VBA/Power Query), workflow/Power Automate, PowerApps.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a global team setting (team members and users that are located at different regions and countries, e.g. Canada, US, Philippines, etc).
Experience in troubleshooting and fixing issues for end users.
Interest/experience in creating or updating process documentations.
Ability to multi-task, allocate time efficiently and compete priorities.
To be flexible and adaptive in ever changing environment.
