Associate Site Manager

Oversee the day-to-day activities, upkeep and maintenance of assigned site office or showroom.
Hand out availability, computations, price lists, and other marketing collaterals to sellers and clients.
Must be able to learn and be knowledgeable on all ALP projects especially on his/her assigned project/s.
Give pertinent information about the project and the sales process to the seller and/or client/walk-in client to eliminate/avoid misrepresentation.
Must be able to give intensive project presentation to sellers and clients to help close the sale.
Must be able to work seamlessly with the network of sellers and help expand said network.
Able to effectively sell ALP projects to assigned client referrals and personal clients, and process documentation related to his/her sale.
Ensure all sales personnel in the site office / showroom are following the standard code of ethics, house rules, and company policies.
Assist in conducting project training sessions as the project expert.
Assist in the processing of the account reservation of assisted sellers (credit card swiping, issuing of provisional receipts, submission of reservation documents).
Assist the project development and marketing team in the planning and activation of selling activities and events.
Preparation of the daily and monthly walk-in reports and other required reports.
All other duties as determined by your immediate supervisor.
