Overview of Job Function:

The Associate Software Architect is pivotal in steering a group of talented software engineers towards the successful execution of R&D projects. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to manage the development lifecycle, mentor team members, and ensure that software deliverables are innovative, robust, and align with customer expectations. The Associate Architect will own the entire product starting from creation, deployment and monitoring for all technical aspects. The work involves adding support for new features as well as enhancing existing capabilities ranging from correcting problems and improving performance, to adding incremental capabilities to existing features.
