We’re searching for a Skopje-based Associate Software Developer to join our Global R&D team, helping to drive excellence in software development and contributing to high-quality healthcare technology solutions. The Associate Software Developer will participate in our structured onboarding and training program, ultimately integrating into an Agile Squad to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that enhance patient safety and healthcare operations.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Completing RLDatix’s 10-week bootcamp training to gain hands-on experience in Agile best practices, product ownership, quality assurance, DevOps, and software development.
+ Developing software solutions within an Agile Squad to ensure efficient and high-quality product development.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
+ Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
+ Participating in Scrum ceremonies, quarterly release planning, and team discussions to ensure effective project execution.
+ Troubleshooting customer production issues and debugging code to maintain software performance and reliability.
+ Ensuring adherence to coding conventions and verification processes before handover to colleagues.
+ Gaining expertise in Microsoft and AWS technologies to support product and squad development initiatives.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
+ Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute effectively to a multi-disciplinary Agile Squad.
+ Interest in achieving high-quality results while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to adapt and respond positively to changes within a dynamic team setting.
+ Some familiarity or experience with Microsoft and AWS technologies (preferred but not required).
+ Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
+ A proactive approach to continuous learning and skill development.
