We're seeking a skilled associate software engineer to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our cutting-edge automation software, used by over 50% of Fortune 500 companies. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes for our eRecording product suite.

Some of the things you will be doing: 

Dive into the code: Work hands-on within the SDLC, troubleshooting bugs, enhancing code quality, and resolving defects. Be a customer champion: Provide top-notch support to our clients, investigating and resolving their technical issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the best: Partner closely with a distributed team of developers, QA, project managers, product managers, and operations experts to ensure seamless software experiences. Master our software: Develop an in-depth understanding of our eRecording product suite, becoming a go-to expert for troubleshooting and optimization. Write clean, efficient code: Develop fixes, enhancements, and occasionally new features, ensuring thorough testing, documentation, and review. Elevate the team: Share your knowledge and insights with colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need? 

Solid foundation: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. Development experience: 1-5 years of hands-on software design and development experience preferred. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Typescript, React, XML, XSLT, JavaScript/Typescript, Angular, CSS, and Visual Studio is a plus. Problem-solving prowess: The ability to analyze complex issues, devise creative solutions, and implement them effectively. Customer-centric mindset: A passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. An understanding that his/her success is interdependent on the success of his/her team, and a commitment to do everything possible to ensure the team's success. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python), ETL tools, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), Windows Server, IIS, or MS SQL Server is a plus.
