Role/Responsibilities;
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be a core member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and executing on a vision for the PassFort product. We practice an agile, highly customer focused, and data-based approach to product development.
You will be a part of the end-to-end development of client-facing software applications, helping develop new features and product improvements.Specifically, you will have the opportunity to:

Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers to define requirements and prioritize tasksDesign and implement technical solutions for new products and featuresHelp define testing, monitoring, and delivery plans for your workWrite well-designed, testable codePeer review code changesLearn, adapt, and propose innovative solutions to address our functional and scaling challenges

Qualifications

Ability to develop software in Python, Rust, JavaScript, or other programming languagesAbility to design maintainable APIsSolid understanding of data modelling and database systems including SQL or NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with web technologies (or willingness to learn)Strong analytical, reasoning and communication skillsAbility to guide own learning and contribute to domain knowledge building
