Overview

By joining CHUBB's Associate Engineer Trainee Program (AET), you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop your skills in quality assurance and test automation, and gain valuable hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and techniques. You'll also work closely with experienced mentors and colleagues. In addition to gaining technical skills, you'll also develop important soft skills like communication, collaboration, and project management, skills that are critical for success in any tech career as they'll help you become a well-rounded and effective Software Engineer in Test.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Software Engineering will be a plus Basic familiarity with coding languages like Java, Javascript, Typescript, Python or .NET Basic familiarity with Databases like MSSQL or MongoDB High level knowledge of testing tools like Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, Appium, Playwright or Cypress High level knowledge of BDD tools like Cucumber or Serenity Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle – SDLC – in Agile and Waterfall methodology Strong GPA preferred Tech lover Passionate with testing strategies, team organization, standard methodologies and testing tools trends
