Primary Responsibilities:

Understand the business needs of the client and accordingly design the most effective solution using technologies suitable to the end users Be a part of deliverable discussions with clients over telephonic calls and engage with them as a thought partner for their requirements Design and develop new features and integrate them with the other applications for enterprise-level customer environments Individual contributor and lead by examples for a development team to deliver the product on time meeting usability and quality criteria Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams Ready for new challenges and undertake new work Adherence to coding standards Perform Coding and unit testing independently and assist/mentor his team members Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

B. Tech./MCA/ M. Tech 5+ years of experience - working on multiple layer of technology 2+ years of relevant experience in Backend Technologies Knowledge of US Healthcare domain Tech Stack : 
Back End - Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JPA, Kafka Middleware - REST API, Micro services DevOps - CI/CD Development Methodology / Engineering Practices - Agile Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in dynamic environment Proven ability to design, development, coding, testing, and debugging skills Proven ability to lead the multiple small teams Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit
