**Job Description:**
The Associate Software Technical Analyst (Engineer) is responsible for creating and maintaining automation solutions for the areas of focus using Power Apps and Power Automate processes and technology. The role interfaces with both technology and business operations team to build and configure efficient, scalable automations within prescribed automation tools and coding standards. The role will develop, implement, and maintain solutions with the highest positive impact.
**Key Accountabilities:**
+ Design, develop and test solutions using prescribed tools and technologies
+ Participate in meetings or workshops to understand the requirements and to develop solutions
+ Design, configure, test, deploy and integrate new, modified and/or enhanced solutions
+ Plan and participate in deployment of Power Apps/Power Automate components in the enterprise architecture
+ Participate in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testing
+ Participate in the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing, and reporting defects
+ Provide technical direction on design considerations for performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptime
+ Create and maintains technical design documentation to support development
+ Create test scripts and supports Quality Assurance activities as needed
+ Debugging and fixing automation scripts in production
+ Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development
+ Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices
+ Follow Scrum/Agile principles and attend all scrum events like Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning and can facilitate as Scrum Master if needed.
+ Collaborate with other members of the Scrum team to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
**Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:**
**_The candidate:_**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in any Technology courses (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, or a related Analytical field) with preference for applicants with experience in programming.
**_Tools/Technical/Process_** **_Specific Knowledge or Skills:_**
+ Knowledgeable on Power Apps and Power Automate applications
+ 2+ years of development experience with a solid understanding of programming concepts
+ 1+ years of experience with any automation tool
+ Open to Fresh Graduates as well
+ Working knowledge and experience in any programming language. (Must have)
+ .NET, C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, XML and Web Services
+ HTML 5 and CSS3 and Responsive Web Design
+ MS-SQL Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Functions
+ Understanding of process design documents and technical design documents on automation space
+ Workflow Modeling applications

+ Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships and drive collaboration across teams
+ Must be an adaptable self-starter and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to juggle multiple projects and organize time effectively
+ Ability to work well with business unit SME’s, Business Analysts, vendors, and end users in cross functional teams
+ Moderate to strong communication skills - verbal, written & presentation; ability to adapt content to various audiences; communicates effectively
+ Ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work with a diverse internal and international customer base
+ Strong attention to details and services accuracy
+ Proactive with strong problem solving and analytical skills
+ Willing to work overtime and rotating shifts
