The Associate Solution Consultant is a key part of our sales process. This role requires the base technical knowledge and understanding of the invoice process for both AR & AP with an initial focus on the APAC region. The specialist should understand the day-to-day challenges facing companies as governments around the world move towards mandatory e-invoice compliance and stricter reporting obligations, providing insight on how to improve and implement processes and technology to resolve challenges.
The Associate Solution Consultant is also responsible in helping to shape the direction of the ONESOURCE Pagero Invoicing service by communicating market needs to the Product team. The successful candidate will be working with colleagues around the globe on exciting initiatives in a growth environment.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Associate Solution Consultant, you will:
Represent ONESOURCE Pagero solutions: Promote e-invoicing solutions to potential customers, working with finance, AR, AP, tax compliance, and IT teams.Manage customer prospects: Identify process issues, develop proposals, and support the sales team to establish a win in the sales process.Lead solution demonstrations: Present value propositions and align solutions to customers' business needs through various channels.Collaborate with internal teams: Work with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure customer excellence throughout the sales cycle.Product expertise: Be a product expert for Pagero e-invoicing services and keep stakeholders informed of latest developments and product roadmaps.Support sales targets: Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive new opportunities through marketing activities, such as webinars and events.Stay market-aware: Understand the market, competitors, and differentiators of Thomson Reuters solutions to provide informed support and guidance to customers and internal teams.About You
You’re a fit for the role of Associate Solution Consultant if you have the following required qualifications:
Knowledge of O2C and P2P processes: Familiarity with Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, AP workflows, and core ERPs.Experience with SAAS services: Preferably experience working with or using Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) specific to the O2C or P2P markets.Strong presentation skills: A dynamic presenter and quick thinker, able to articulate the value proposition and address unique critical reporting issues.Language proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable, and can be an added advantage.Customer-oriented approach: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with customers to address their needs.Collaboration and adaptability: Ability to work in an agile environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and collaborate with multiple teams.#LI-DL2
