Job Description:

Responsible for understanding data and descriptive analysis, performing relevant activities across all project phases (including source data ingest, data modeling and preparation, and data wrangling directly in reporting tools).

Explores and wrangles data to define necessary data processing rules to support insights needs.

Builds analyses that support business goals based on understanding of the customer/stakeholder's business needs/ priorities and helps to build analyses that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Mines and analyzes data from disparate databases/sources to drive optimization and improvement.

Understands the complexity/dependencies between multiple teams, platforms (people, technologies).

Communicates intensively with other platform/competencies to understand new trends and methodologies being implemented/considered within the company ecosystem.

Appreciates the customer/stakeholder's business needs/priorities and helps to build analyses that support our business goals.

Establishes and manages the close relationship with customers/stakeholders.

Accountable for ensuring delivery analyses with high quality standards, timeliness, compliance and excellent user experience.

Contributes to innovative experiments, specifically to idea generation, idea incubation and/or experimentation, identifying tangible and measurable criteria.

Conducts profiling, standardization and harmonization to collect business rules.

Queries data to identify patterns and/or anomalies.

Support testing efforts.

Develop optimization models.

Manage business testing and validation of insights.

What should you know / have:

Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (particularly MS Excel, Power BI, Power Automate).

Knowledge of Jira tool set.
