Through innovative storytelling and a culture of collaboration, Hong Kong Disneyland's Entertainment team creates, produces, and delivers remarkable and engaging entertainment experiences. The Technical Manager leads technical production efforts related to the development and sustainment of live entertainment shows and product offerings, including parades, stage shows, and special events.
Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support to a multi-cultural entertainment team
Handle volume administrative duties for the entire team include but not limited to Travel & Expenses, leave record, expenses, reimbursement, and other administrations for operational team members
Coordinate conferences or meetings and travel arrangement for team members
Participate and coordinate Company activities, circulate memoranda or correspondences or responses
Collect, sort and distribute incoming faxes, mails and other correspondences
Provide support to the regular reports preparation, generation and consolidation
Requirements
Diploma in secretarial training or above
At least 2 year of relevant working experience in serving a team of both professional and operational staff
Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously and to work in a fast-paced challenging and multi-cultural environment
Deliver high quality results even when under pressure and time constraints
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Demonstrate flexibility in response to changes, address challenging situations in a timely manner
Literate in MS office applications and Outlook applications
Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Putonghua preferred
