Overview:
Arcus’ leading Payments Platform is focused on building the next generation of payment solutions and enabling any business to launch and offer them across LatAm. More than 90 of Mexico’s largest and most innovative companies including Rappi, Uala, Amazon, Santander, trust the Arcus’ Platform to send or receive payments. Arcus is part of Mastercard (NYSE MA) and was born in Silicon Valley as part of Y-Combinator and backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Citi Ventures, HOF Capital, Ignia and others.
Role
Guide customers through the process of setting up, understanding, and getting value from our APIs.
Work with customers to ensure timelines and technical requirements for their integrations are met.
Be a technical expert on our products, effectively communicating value to our customers.
Answer questions and explain technical concepts about our APIs to customers, via call, video, chat, or email.
Certify customers to make sure they meet requirements before going live.
Stay on top of each customer’s integration status and communicate it to stakeholders.
Build content and resources for customers to use for education and rapid product adoption.
Create and enhance repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to onboard customers.
Help sales teams fill technical knowledge gaps.
Share insights and feedback with the product team to improve the APIs and technical documentation.
Resolve time-sensitive and high-pressure situations.
All about you
Highly technical understanding of web technologies
Experience working with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Postman & Honeycomb
Excellent oral and written communication
Personable and straightforward to deal with high-profile stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Beginner mindset and fast learner
Proficient in English
Technical writing skills are desired but not essential
Ability to write, read, and understand code/backend frameworks is a plus (Python, Ruby, Javascript)
