Associate Staffing Coordinator - Alaska Medical Center

Provides daily centralized staffing function for nursing units through monitoring, placement and updating of daily staffing worksheets.  Inputs low census and absences in Kronos.  Works under the direction of the House Supervisor to assure appropriate distribution of staff to nursing units including arranging for staff to support nurse unit matrices.  Adhering to all labor contracts and policies.  Position has high call volume and must meet all contractual deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

1 year Data Entry.

Staffing, scheduling or similar experience.
