Associate Strategic Engagement Manager
**QUALIFICATIONS:** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, project management, and consulting, preferably in an IT Environment. + Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve. + Strong knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management/resource management. + Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry strongly preferred. + Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients. + Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills. + Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity. + Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems. + Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience **Want to learn more about Strategic Resourcing?
