What will you be doing?
WWT currently has an opportunity available for an Associated Strategic Engagement Manager to support our Global Financial US Strategic Resourcing business, based in New York.
The Associated Strategic Engagement Manager will work with internal partners and customers to provide qualified staff for our Strategic Resourcing engagements. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in the various technical verticals through capacity planning, training, and process improvement. The successful manager will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineers as they execute their assigned engagements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage consultants who have been placed onsite with customers across Global Financial US.
Provide leadership and mentorship to consultants as needed while on assigned engagements. Collaborate with RM to onboarding new consultants. In collaboration with sales, lead the following discussions through regular meetings with stakeholders and other internal team members, Extensions New opportunities Consultant utilization Change order & PO updates Invoicing updates Seeks opportunities to upsell products and services to existing accounts and effective communicate opportunities to sales in a timely matter. Ability to confidently communicate with external and internal clients effectively. Function as the escalation path for any issues for both consultants and stakeholders Provide the regular reporting to external and internal clients on the following, Project Summary (should include list of resources by project, start and end date) Consultant utilization (should include burn % and costs/resource) Open roles (list of net new roles and any backfills required) Change Orders/POs Provide detailed invoicing report to customer (monthly or when requested by stakeholder or internal client) Have a clear understanding of the client’s environment, upcoming projects & initiatives & the ability to speak to certain specifics during discussions. Encourage consultants to utilize SR tools. Consistently reinforce WWT and our Core Values Effectively communicate changes and updates to both internal and external clients through emails and regular meetings. Build successful relationships with entire sales cycle – CSE/CSE Managers, AM's, Hiring Managers, & SPA etc. Track issues and risks- as needed. Participate in the interviewing and intake calls with RM and client. Building strong stakeholder relationships to maintain current business and acquire net new. Advocate for consultants and customer, when required.
