Associate Strategy Director
**Company description** The Community is looking to hire an ambitious and eager Associate Strategy Director who wants to be part of creating the best possible work for the world’s biggest brands. This is a hybrid role with three days in office per week. In this role, you will partner with strategy leadership and help to own the strategic process, from understanding a client's business to unearthing new insights about consumer attitudes, to being a voice for culture-at-large. This role will partner closely with creative to make the most original and groundbreaking work. In this role in particular we’re looking for an ASD who has a good amount of comfort and experience with communications strategy and is able to flex across the different types of strategic conversations. This role will provide the chance to work across a variety of audiences and categories within the US and globally. The person that will succeed in this role, has a strong foundation in brand strategy and storytelling, a strong opinion on creative, They would consider themselves driven to take projects from ideation through delivery and are not afraid to build the stellar presentation a client needs to see to buy into the strategic direction. **Responsibilities** ● Work closely with inter-agency teams on shared clients. ● Spearhead internal meetings across Accounts, Strategy, and Creative for brainstorms and to present strategic thinking. ● Proactively seek opportunities to bring forward new ideas, best practices, etc to help the client’s business. ● Strong writing + presenting comprehensive, strategic narratives, creative briefs, and POVs. ● Able to give direction and manage projects with remote teams. ● A knack for looking at and simplifying research (secondary, qualitative and quantitative), into actionable insights and ideas. ● Work closely with clients to help foster and maintain those relationships. ● Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that extend brand objectives into interesting spaces for a diverse range of audiences. ● Oversee the creation of compelling messaging and content for various communication channels and bring points of view in collaboration with media partners to help brands find more interesting places to live. **Qualifications** ● Minimum of 7-9 years of experience. ● Significant experience presenting to and regularly interacting with senior-level clients. ● Experience in developing and implementing integrated communications campaigns ● Confident strong presence, comfortable leading conversations and meetings with ability to roll up sleeves and get in trenches with the team. ● Collaborate closely with agency partner strategy leads, should feel comfortable reaching out and forming partnership not only with Director and VP Clients, but also the lead strategist at our partner agencies. ● Self-starter and hungry to drive strong strategic thinking. ● Experience on large client brands nationally or globally. ● Fluent oral and written English required, and any Spanish language skills are a plus. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
