The Associate M&A and PMO is a member of the Strategy and Business Development team in China and Global M&A team in Germany. He or she is responsible for supporting the inorganic growth of the ZEISS Greater China by leading M&A and Joint-Venture projects.

Meanwhile also playing an important role in coordinating, tracking and supporting various projects (including key group projects and other projects) while ensuring the deliveries of good results through the best practices of project management.

Education / 教育背景

Master’s degree or above in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Law or related disciplines

Experience /经验

Experience in collaboration with business leaders to manage and support projects within a global organizationExperience in working with cross-functional and cross-border teams to drive strategies in project setting and build relationshipsAt least 3 years’ of M&A related work experience from management consulting, investment banks, big 4 or M&A department of a large corporate is preferredExperience in M&A deal process including target screening, financial valuation, transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation and PMI.
