Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Conducts Application User Access Reviews for both John Hancock and Manulife employees (via Identity IQ)Submission of tickets in ServiceNow or other systems to request removal of access to the application or group as a result from termination, transfers, or certification.Orphan Analysis: Identifying orphans from each application and submitting of orphan remediation request or GUID fixes.Generation and distribution of Certification status and result reports to application ownersTracking of ticket numbers submitted to remove personnel’s accessTracking of reviews and their statusDocumentation of evidences and attestationsTimely entry of time worked into PPM

Any additional responsibilities or functions that will be provided by the MBPS Management Team or the Manulife Business Unit as deemed necessary in the course of the business operations.

                                                                                                                                                                                   

Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:

The candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.Must pass current job expectations and meet performance metricsMust not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action.

Soft skills:

Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritizeA highly motivated self-starter who is self-disciplined and self-correcting.  Ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to create and maintain customer relationshipsAbility to work independently and as a team playerMust have good MS Office skills and experience in creating reportsStrong English comprehension both oral and written
