**Associate Systems Analyst, Windchill** _Work Mode: Hybrid_ **Location: ** Hybrid - Kohler, WI **Opportunity** + Provide technical support with respect to the design, implementation, maintenance and the strategic direction of PLM architectures, specifically Windchill technologies used within Kohler Co. + Solve Problems and analyse opportunities present within the business and the broader industry, creating new opportunities and assisting in the achievement of business and group goals. + Support daily issues and provide technical support to development projects relating to Windchill and the broader Engineering Systems used within the company. + Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and standards relating to working and best practices. + Establishing agreed upon service level agreements with customers, review of capacity and utilization and any their relevant performance measures to ensure business continuity and prevent / avoid issues and problems that could impact business performance. + Support training and development initiatives within Engineering Systems, strive to upskill the Administration skills and user base knowledge / skills with respect to Computer Aided Design, Product Data Management and all other aspects of Product Lifecycle Management + Provide on–call support of systems in conjunction with Service Desk responsibilities and general user support. + Capable of participating in multiple concurrent development projects. + Operates under the direction of Windchill Architects and Senior Manager Product Data Management Excellence.Assist and/or be solely responsible to direct, schedule, and coordinate the technical activities of vendors and consultants. + Capable of reporting to management and leadership on progress, initiatives and strategy implementation. **Specific Responsibilities** + Support Architects and lead systems developers in the implementation of systems projects.Challenge obsolete practices, question accepted truths, and eliminate non-value-added processes.Develop practical systems scope that enhances the business function. + Maintain an understanding of business processes and the implications of systems on these processes. + Develop training and education programs for existing and new associates within Kohler Co. Improving / upskilling user base, based on current and new / proposed working practices. + Focus on the End Customers needs with respect to CAD, PDM and PLM initatives, driving improvement projects and knowledge sharing techniques internally. + Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users utilizing CAD and PDM software solutions. + Prepare and conduct project review meetings and management presentations including general design review, project scheduling, test plan, procedures, systems documentation, and system implementation plan. + Prepare and publish systems project status reports.Comply with systems development methodology, standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules. + Assist in developing system documentation.Advise on user procedures.Assist in the preparation of general test plan.Coordinate system tests throughout the Kohler global landscape. + Participate in educational programs and professional societies involving supervisory skills, computing technology and systems methodologies.Seek ways to expand business knowledge. + Champion hardware/software standards.Develop, evaluate and provide direction for the implementation and maintenance of systems that adhere to industry and Kohler standards. + Perform regular audit and health checks of core systems to be proactive in the ongoing management of Kohler Co. PLM systems and architectures. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Skills/Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology preferred + Experience in using PDM and PLM technologies, preferably PTC product portfolio. + Strong problem-solving capabilities. + Experience in server technologies both Wintel and Linux is preferred. + Experience in training others and deployment of training material. **_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._** _The salary range for this position is $63,100 - $79,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
