Your Key Responsibilities Evaluate system architectures to select the best alternative to meet stakeholder and system requirements. Contribute to the development and management of system requirements based on the stakeholder requirements. Contribute to the development of a technical solution which meets the requirements and complies with the state-of-the-art based on domain standards (including analyses, evaluation and mitigation of design risks). Contribute to the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners for system elements (e.g., electrics & electronics, software, sub-systems, components), with production (e.g., special characteristics or producibility aspects), with customers regarding system aspects, with verification and validation at the system level, or with other relevant functions. Apply given system development processes. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field. Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components. Basic understanding of electric machines and controls of hydraulics and heat transfer. Understanding of modelling and simulating of electric or mechatronic systems. Clear communication ability (written & verbal). Extremely self-motivated & motivated to achieve results. Continuous improvement approach. Ability to prioritize and make recommendation and decisions.
