Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor (Tech)
We’re looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and help us attract top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. While this role will focus heavily on technical sourcing, including but not limited to Engineering, Data Security, and DevOps talent, we need someone adaptable to pivot to other hiring needs as business demands shift. Full-cycle recruiting experience is not required—we’ll train you—but a strong understanding of technical hiring and fluency in engineering-related language is essential. What You’ll Do: + Articulate Numerator's business value, work culture, and other positive differentiators to candidates as their first point-of-contact. + Utilize "outside of the box" strategies to engage passive talent and employ inclusive sourcing techniques to reflect the diverse teams we are building. + Perform detailed hiring strategy sessions with hiring managers in order to construct the ideal candidate profile. + Utilize data and market insights to inform recruiting strategies and hiring manager expectations. + Source, engage, and network with technical and nontechnical talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and other platforms. + Promote our recruitment brand online and offline. + Evaluate candidate skills relative to required qualifications. + Manage candidate relationships through the entire lifecycle including the offer stage. + 1-3 years experience in technical recruitment or sourcing (engineering, data warehousing, security, DevOps, etc) + Full lifecycle recruitment experience is preferred, with a strong foundation in sourcing and candidate evaluation required. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders + Proven track record of delivering best-in-class client and candidate management experience, including the ability to close + Technical proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc), any application tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent sourcing channels + Ability to travel to our Chicago HQ office on occasion for meetings, team building, etc. #LI-Hybrid
