Job Profile Summary
This position requires to work closely with Recruiting team, hiring managers and colleagues to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
What you will need
Masters or Postgraduate in Human resources At least 3 year of experience as a Recruiter involved in end-to-end hiring - IT/Non-IT (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter), stakeholder management etc Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing etc) Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with Strong decision-making skills Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcementsWhat will you be doing in this role?
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/colleges etc Source, screen and recruit potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social media, database and professional platforms like Naukri and Monster) Screen Candidates using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Involve in offer proposal, generation and offer extension. Answer queries about compensation and benefits Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs – stakeholder management Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”Hours of Work: Mon-Friday, Hybrid work model
