Work closely with your manager to develop and execute talent marketing strategies to create desire for the Publicis sapient brand. 2. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders to create & implement innovative campaigns to attract qualified candidates across various channels 3. Refine, develop and maintain the employee value proposition and brand narrative, ensuring consistency across all platforms 4. Brief and drive execution of engaging content (Blogs, social media, videos, testimonials etc.,) showcasing our company culture, employee stories and career opportunities 5. Plan and execute campaigns across touch points – social media, paid media, webinars, PR, events and industry platforms. 6. Track performance, optimize investments, plan budgets 7. Collaborate with an ecosystem of marketing partners. Learn to manage vendor relationships, campaign coordination, performance tracking against set KPI’s, and lead generation 8. Market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities and best practices in talent marketing. **Qualifications** **Your Skills & Experience:** 1. Graduate or PG in a Marketing domain 2. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Understanding of the India technology and services market 3. Some hands on experience of the overall inbound and outbound ecosystem, including executing digital strategy for – SEO (on-page, off-page), SEM - Search and PPC (AdWords), Social – Organic and paid, e-mail marketing, Content marketing (inbound), Web marketing 4. Familiarity with + Marketing / CRM platforms + Landing page optimizations + Analytics and tracking (UTMs, GA, GSC) + User flows / behaviours in Google Analytics + Inhouse data to draw insights & recommend incremental improvements + Understanding of PPC/ display/ programmatic for use in campaigns 1. Event management and execution- Online / offline events end-to-end, including content, coordination, collateral, vendor management, leads, and results 2. Familiarity with Experience and relationships in relevant publisher and events ecosystem in India 3.
