What You'll Do Business License Associate Analysts will handle registrations, filings for all requested licenses, at all levels of government. The current opening focuses on state level sales tax registrations, done online. The ideal candidate for this role must excel in a dynamic work setting, demonstrating effective communication. You will report to Sr. Manager and you will require to work from office in Pune. What You'll Need to be Successful Prepare and file Sales & Use tax returns and payments by taxing jurisdictions to ensure all return filing deadlines are achieved. Have understanding on state rules and regulations. Accuracy to be maintained following standard Operating Procedures to avoid causing Penalty and Interest to the client. You will meet the SLA's and ensuring accurate registration. Communicate to manager ongoing status and challenges or blockers if any. Stay informed about all the updates & trends, support overall production/accuracy goals. Find and implement opportunities for process improvement and build efficiency. Work with the team to plan and prepare monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual filings. Be a front line contact for external customers by answering emails and client calls. Be open to accept additional responsibilities assigned to meet the deadlines Adhere and deliver following timelines of several government authorities following multiple data formats. Flexible to extend working hours, working on weekends and holidays to complete the filings. About the Team 2 to 4 years of relevant experience MBA in Finance preferred.
