Specialist - Adobe Workfront System Admin - IN
Adobe Workfront System Administrator role is pivotal in the ongoing development of the Marketing project management platform. This role involves interacting with various teams globally across different departments to optimize collaboration, planning, and project delivery. The individual will partner closely with the Product Owner and other admins/project managers to drive process improvements and maintain the Workfront system. The role also involves driving reporting, onboarding, adoption, and user engagement of Adobe Workfront.\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities and DutiesPerform daily system administration duties and activities such as add/update/manage users, groups, teams, access levels, request queue management and respond to new user requests within 24 hrs.\nAssist in building reports & dashboards update custom forms as well as communicating changes to requestors and/or impacted groups as required.\nConduct system audit and cleanup efforts for improving overall system organization.\nAssist in developing and conducting employee training to ensure Marketing users are proficient with the use of Workfront.\nAbility to configure and test Workfront objects (custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.) as well as assist with training users on the new\nconfigurations.\nProvide support, triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents around any Workfront related technical issues and communicate resolution to impacted groups & workmates.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of systems, integrations, and processes.\nTackle other special projects as business needs require.\nAbility to build strong rapport with members of the groups you support.\nParticipate in continual efforts to improve processes, optimize, gain efficiencies, and support the tool to scale to Marketing team growth.Educational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience3+ Years Required; 5+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work
