Associate Team Lead - BBS Programs and Governance
Job Description Business Title Associate Team Lead - BBS Programs and Governance Global Function Business Services Global Department Strategy and Transformation Reporting to DGM Role Purpose Statement This role will be responsible for supporting the governance of projects and service delivery in Bunge’s Global Business Services organization through collaboration with multiple functions and global stakeholders. This is a global, individual contributor role.       Main Accountabilities • Execute the agreed annual BBS governance calendar and plan
• Support the execution of the annual BBS Net Promoter Score Program
• Track and report progress against BBS annual program and value commitments
• Coordinate with HR and Finance partners and program leads to track value created
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to track and report program progress
• Plan and execute governance of priority and strategic initiatives
• Prepare reports and materials to communicate governance updates             Knowledge and Skills  • Understanding of Outsourcing and Global Shared Services concept
• Understanding of transition and transformation project methodologies
• Understanding of operations, KPIs and service management
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders in a project setup
• Strong action planning, execution, and monitoring skills
• Ability to get things done in a structured, transparent manner
• Track record of working independently and delivering high quality output
• Excellent English communications skills (written and spoken)

• At least 1-2 years leading or supporting global project or programs in a consulting firm or in a shared service organization.
