Primary Responsibilities:

Write and edit internal web-based procedural material Review and analyze current material and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content for improvements Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives Assist with interviewing subject matter experts to become familiar with applications and production methods Assist with validating deliverables for accuracy, readability, and usability while adhering to style guide standards Manage review, approval and execution processes to ensure achievement of writing objectives in addition to quality and turnaround time standards Know audience(s) to be addressed in the writing process (e.g., who they are, where they are, how they prefer to get information, reading level and health literacy requirements) Monitor feedback on procedural material and address questions or concerns as appropriate; follow up with internal and external stakeholders Ensures compliance with applicable timelines and quality standards Other duties as assigned Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

1+ year Content Writing. Technical Writing experience shall be preferred Proven excellent verbal and written communications, time management and organizational skills Solid people skills with the ability to work with different levels of the organization Demonstrate solid analytical skills
